A scholarship package from Education Without Walls includes 4 outdoor & adventure based outings with our affiliates at The National Center for Outdoor & Adventure Education (NCOAE). Outdoor education offers an exceptional learning environment — one where instructors foster curiosity, students apply critical thinking, and amazing memories are constructed and not soon forgotten.

Instructors use a Core Curriculum to guide lesson planning and the facilitation of experiential education activities that focus on personal development, community building and the acquisition and mastery of technical outdoor skills. As a result, Education Without Walls students make close friends and learn incredible skills, all while having a blast on adventures of a lifetime.

Student Advocate

Kacie's experience as a camp counselor for three Summers taught her how impactful and fun mentoring students in the outdoors can be. Her vision for empowering students to take a step in discovering and becoming who they want to be came right alongside the mission of Education Without Walls. In her spare time she is probably swing dancing, exploring the woods, or reading.

Student Advocate

Morgan is currently a 2nd year student in the Master of Social Work program at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She graduated from Gettysburg College in 2013 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Morgan is excited to help promote the mission of Education Without Walls and help the students through the position of Student Advocate.
